Viewing Table Documentation

To view the documentation for a table:

1. When you are viewing a table, click the Table tab. By default, the full documentation for the table, including the text for footnotes, is displayed in the left pane. To view only a specific type of documentation, hover your mouse over the Documentation link in the left pane.

2. Select a Documentation type:

• Sources (To view the sources for the corresponding table.)

• Citation (To view the table’s citation.)

• Documentation and Definitions (To view the full documentation for the table, including footnotes, sources, and citation.)

• PDF (To view the table as it appears in the printed version of Historical Statistics of the United States Millennial Edition. This link will open a PDF file that shows the table along with its sources, citation, and full documentation, including footnotes.)
